Welcome to Apex Sports Summer Sport camp where we have 2 sports for you child to choose from, Basketball or Soccer. We have top level trainers from high school coaches to College players to teach you child the fundamentals of their sport. The camp ot a 4 day camp that will run from 10am to noon.

Waiver/Consent for Medical Treatment / Agreements By registering, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions, I release my child to participate with AApex Sports Zone. I recognize that my registering on this website, this release is a condition of your permitting my child to participate. I certify that my child is in excellent physical health, and may participate in physical activities. I certify that there are no physical limits to my child’s participation in the camp. Permission is granted for my child to receive emergency medical treatment if needed. I hereby release and discharge Apex Sports Zone, and all their affiliated entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury, property damage, and/or other loss suffered by my child in connection with his/her participation in the camp. I represent that I am a parent/guardian of the minor named below and I agree that the grant and release contained therein binds me and the minor to all its terms. I do hereby authorize Apex Sports Zone and its assigns to utilize any and all photographs, pictures or other likeness of my child or any participant assigned guardianship to me, as they deem appropriate in its promotional materials.. I understand that after I register, there are no refunds given.   There will be no refunds given unless we do not have enough players for a team. I understand that the coaches of the team will determine which events to attend.
