Business Sponsorship Agreement

Purpose of Agreement
Apex Sports Zone agrees to provide advertising space for the Sponsor’s banner within its facility in exchange for submitted Business's support and sponsorship in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below.

Term
This Agreement shall commence on [Date of Form Submission] and shall continue for a period of one (1) year.

Sponsorship Benefits
Apex Sports Zone agrees to:

  • Provide advertising space for a banner [Dimensions in coordination of payment amount below] within its facility.
  • Ensure reasonable visibility and maintenance of the Sponsor’s banner during the term of this Agreement.

Banner Printing Costs
If a new decal or banner is required during the term of this Agreement, Apex Sports Zone agrees to cover 50% of the printing cost, with the remaining 50% to be paid by the Sponsor.

Payment Terms
The total sponsorship fee for the one-year term is payable in full upon submission of this Agreement.

Indemnification
The Sponsor shall indemnify and hold harmless Apex Sports Zone, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the content or design of the Sponsor’s banner.

This Agreement is deemed signed by the Sponsor upon submission to Apex Sports Zone.
